Took all my personal information and then said it glitched in the computer system. Took all my personal info again and made us wait while ignoring us. Belinda, the on duty "Manager" went and hid when we tried to get some information as to what was happening. Finally we just gave up. No apology, or explanation. Just the way it is we were told. Not how it is done here in Canada. Sorry that a single star is as low as we can go.
