  Be Warned... Management is a joke here. We rented the party room next to Orange Julius for our daughters 1st Birthday. Was not cleaned when we arrived, and my Grandpa sat in a cupcake that was left in a chair from the last people that rented it. They are trying to keep the deposit for the room that we left "uncleaned" Actually cleaner when we left it. Was told when signing papers that security would unlock the door in the back of the room that lead to a private entry for easier loading and unloading your stuff. That was a lie, security would not unlock it for us. Was told a trash can would be provided, that is true, but they also expect you to empty to trash can without telling you. Was told you would need to sweep the floors and that a broom would be provided, that was a lie, No broom was provided. If you want to rent a dirty room, haul all your trash and party supplies through the mall past the food court, and haul it all back, this is the place for you.
